Returns & Refunds
At Altasphere, we aim to make returns as seamless as possible. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, email hello@altasphere.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Books and sale items are final sale, unless faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to change of mind, the customer covers return shipping.
- If the item is faulty or damaged in transit, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty or has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will assess the issue and offer either a refund or replacement.
Changes or Cancellations
- Orders can be changed or cancelled before shipping by contacting our support team.
- If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to intercept it.
