Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us via email hello@altasphere.com.au as soon as possible to ensure we can action this before it is shipped. If you order has already been dispatched unfortunately we will be unable to intercept it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We do offer Afterpay and Paypal. We also accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

How much will my shipping cost?
Please see our shipping information page, here. Orders under $99 have a flat-rate of $10.00 for standard shipping. Orders of $99 and over enjoy free standard shipping

Do you accept returns?
If an item is faulty, or has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made with 7 days of receipt. We can not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.
