How do I contact Altasphere?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you contact us before your order has shipped, we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to intercept it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Afterpay and PayPal. We also support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

How much will my shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12 on orders under $100; orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $100.

For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne.

Where do orders ship from?


All Altasphere orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Melbourne warehouse. During promotional periods or peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Many of our products are chosen with intentional gifting in mind, and orders can be sent directly to the recipient.

We do not include pricing information inside parcels, making Altasphere orders ideal for thoughtful gifting.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but it’s something we’re working toward. Please check back periodically for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are in their original condition and packaging. Simply email hello@altasphere.com.au with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide return instructions. Please note that books and sale items are final sale unless faulty. If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility — but if an item is faulty or damaged in transit, we will cover return shipping costs or offer a replacement.

How do I start a return?

Start by emailing hello@altasphere.com.au with your order number and why you would like to return the item. Once approved, we’ll send you simple instructions on how to send it back.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll assess the issue and offer either a refund or a replacement, and cover the return shipping costs.

Do you offer refunds for change of mind?

Yes — for items returned in original condition within the 30-day period. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are covered by the customer.

Are sale items refundable?

Sale items and books are generally final sale unless they arrive faulty or damaged, in which case we will resolve the issue per our faulty item process.

Where are your products made?

Altasphere is proudly Australian-based, curating wellness and self-care essentials with care and intention from ethical partners both locally and abroad. Many products, including portions of the Alta range like essential oils, soy candles, incense, soap and bath salts, are made in Australia, while others are thoughtfully developed with trusted makers arund the world who align with our values of quality, sustainability, and mindful living.

Are your products Australian made?

Many of our products are proudly Australian made, including our aromatherapy candles, essential oils, blends and hand-dipped incense.

We also work with a small selection of trusted local and international makers whose products align with our focus on wellness, intentional living and quality craftsmanship.

Do your candles contain synthetic fragrance?


Our aromatherapy candle range is made using essential oils and contains no synthetic fragrance. Each candle is designed to create a calm and elevated atmosphere through thoughtfully layered scent profiles.

What makes your aromatherapy products different?

Altasphere’s aromatherapy range is thoughtfully curated to support everyday rituals centred around calm, clarity and intentional living.

Many of our products are Australian made and crafted using essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance, with scent profiles designed to feel refined, layered and easy to live with in modern spaces. From candles and incense to oils and diffusers, each piece is created to work beautifully on its own or as part of a calming daily ritual.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Where possible, yes. Detailed information is listed for each product under “Materials / Ingredients” on its page.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Sustainability is an important consideration across the Altasphere range. Wherever possible, we use recycled, recyclable or reusable packaging materials and continue to look for ways to reduce our environmental impact as the brand evolves.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. Altasphere does not test products on animals, and we aim to work with suppliers and makers who share the same approach.

Aromatherapy & Product Use

How do I choose the right essential oil blend?

Choosing the right blend often comes down to how you want to feel and the atmosphere you would like to create in your space.

For moments of calm and rest, explore blends such as Unwind or Reverie. For clarity and focus, Clarity is designed to support presence and concentration, while Euphoria offers a more uplifting and bright scent experience.

Can essential oils be used in all diffusers?

Yes. Altasphere essential oils can be used in all diffusers available on our website.

Simply follow the instructions for your chosen diffuser and add the recommended number of drops to enjoy your preferred scent safely and effectively.

How many drops of essential oil should I use in a diffuser?

As a general guide, we recommend using 3–8 drops of essential oil, depending on the size of your diffuser and the strength of scent you prefer.

We also recommend checking the care and usage instructions provided with your specific diffuser, as capacities and recommendations can vary between styles.

You can start with fewer drops and adjust over time to create your ideal atmosphere.

How do I care for my candle properly?

To get the best from your candle, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn, trim the wick before each use, and avoid burning for more than 3–4 hours at a time.

Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from draughts, curtains and other flammable materials.

Why should I trim my candle wick?

Trimming your candle wick before each burn helps promote a cleaner, more even flame and can reduce smoking, soot and excess flickering.

Keeping the wick trimmed may also help extend the life of your candle and create a better overall burn experience.

How should I burn incense safely?

Always place your incense in a suitable incense holder on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep burning incense away from curtains, furnishings, draughts, children and pets.

Never leave burning incense unattended, and allow the ash to cool completely before disposing of it.

Can I use your products around pets?

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

To apply for a wholesale account, please contact us via our contact form or email us with a little information about your store, location and the products you are interested in.

Once approved, we can provide access to wholesale pricing, ordering information and current range availability.

What types of stores do you supply?

Altasphere partners with a range of retailers aligned with wellness, self-care and intentional living.

Our products are stocked in boutiques, gift stores, lifestyle stores, wellness spaces, florists, day spas and selected homewares retailers across Australia.

What is your wholesale minimum order?

Our standard wholesale minimum order is $300 excluding freight.

Do you offer testers or point-of-sale support?

Yes. We provide practical in-store support across selected ranges, including tester options, point-of-sale materials and product information to help customers understand the range.
