AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
We do not currently accept International orders. Please contact us if you would like to be notified when we begin to offer this service.
Standard Delivery is complimentary on all orders over AUD$99 delivered within Australia. All orders under AUD$99 will be charged a flat shipping rate of AU$10. For the below delivery schedules to apply, orders must be placed before 12pm on that day to allow for processing times.
Standard Shipping within Australia: 4-7 business days
Our orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not on the premises to sign and receive your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office or courier depot for collection. Please ensure the order is promptly collected to comply with returns requirements, should you need to.
Delivery times are based on Metro areas; please allow an additional 1-2 days for regional deliveries.
Please be aware that Dispatch and Shipping times can be longer over seasonally busy periods, such as Christmas, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
TITLE & RISK:
We remain the owner of the items we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe us. The items are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you.
RETURNS:
If an item is faulty or has been damaged in shipping, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or other information to assess the issue, and will provide further instructions at that time.
We will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, as agreed upon.
We can not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:
You may change or cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately, to ensure we can action your request before it is shipped. If you order has already been dispatched unfortunately we will be unable to intercept it.
