Use

Position your feet on the spikes while sitting or standing.
Adjust the intensity by shifting your body weight.
Begin with gentle pressure and increase gradually as comfortable.
Use for 5–15 minutes, incorporating slow, deep breathing.
Avoid using on broken or irritated skin.

Care

Wipe the coated cotton base with warm, soapy water.
For a deeper clean, remove the foam and hand-wash the cotton cover in cold, soapy water.
Use a soft brush to gently clean the spikes.
Rinse and hang to dry in the shade.
Once completely dry, fold the footpad into its closed position for storage.
Store away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
