In the fast-paced world we live in, staying organized and productive can often feel like an uphill battle. One thing I never fail to do on a daily basis is put together a list. Making a list can significantly boost your productivity and provide a clear sense of direction for the day.

Personally, I prefer writing it down as it seems to etch itself into my mind better, but there are all sorts of options, and it's all about what works for you.

I also discovered another trick not long ago that provides me with much more satisfaction from my daily list: adding to it as the day progresses. If I’ve been caught up completing something that wasn’t even on my list, I add it to the list. Then later, when I review it, even if I didn’t manage to cross everything off, I still feel far more accomplished remembering all the things that were thrown at me during the course of the day.
