About the Founder

Meet Sara Psoras, founder of Altasphere.

After years working in product development and sourcing, and with a growing interest in wellness, Sara decided to build something of her own—a place that brings together thoughtful, good-quality products, all chosen to support wellness, self-care, and more intentional living.

The name Altasphere comes from Altadena, the town where she grew up, and the Latin word alta, meaning “elevated.” It’s a nod to both her roots and her aim: to help lift everyday routines through better self-care and more meaningful gifting. Altasphere aims to be a place to find ideas, tools, and products that support well-being—whether for yourself or someone else.

Everything is chosen with care, from the products to the packaging. There’s a strong focus on sustainability, responsible manufacturing, and working with suppliers who do the right thing by their workers and the planet.
